  Service was a mess. Waiter was semi busy and acted incredibly overwhelemed. Which sucks for him but a good server hides it. When you have a Waiter that clearly shows it, makes you not want to ask for stuff because they are doing you a "favor." My children ordered strawberry lemomade, which they make at the bar. One of them came to the table with a mysterious brown liquid floating at the top of the lid. Really? Tables were dirty. The salad came out with food, so my food was cold by the time I ate it, because it was barely warm when it came to the table. I checked. Menus were sticky. The table kiosk was filthy. Had to get someone to sanitize it. The bartender looked disheveled. Her top was hanging off of her and her hair looked like she just got out of bed. I usually don't even notice people's appearance at all but it was so apparent that when she had to carry someone's food our, it caught my eye because she looked like a customer carrying food across the restaurant. All of it, ridiculous. Never coming back.

  Sitting near the back is very cold and mangers refuse to turn off ac during the winter. Our waitress was the nicest ever new and did her very best to provide excellent customer service. Food was great but waiting in a cold booth for 30mins is ridiculous

  We came in after church at 1:45pm. I'm doing this review sitting here waiting on our food to come out .
  The time now is 3:10pm . We haven't been served yet. There are only three servers in the entire place.
  No one has given us an explanation as to why we haven't been served. We put our order in at 2:15. The server we have keeps walking back and forth without even attempting to explain when our food will be out. The customer service is horrible. The hostess was very nonchalant and not helpful at all when we arrived. We will never eat here again. Very disappointed in this entire experience.

  Ordered with 3 other people- restruant not busy- everyone received orders and were nearly finished eating when waiter told me my order was unavailable- they were 'out'- ordered triple combo instead and my companions were finished and waiting for me- food still didn't come. I was angry by then and starving- waiter came with my food and I refused it and ate a DQ hamburger instead. DQ was prompt at least!! Also he had no apology - waitstaff are usually great- what was wrong with this guy???
