- 2 / 5By Lynda ButtonI went to college in Albany NY back in the 80's (yep, I'm old as dirt). Brueggers was a major part of my weekend. We would all go there on Sundays. The bagels and flavored cream cheeses were wonderful. I looked forward to my onion bagel with gouda, tuna salad and sprouts.
This is not the Brueggers I remember so fondly. Ordering is a factory conveyor belt with unfriendly, uninterested service. Making a change to an item was met with attitude. Sorry, I don't eat bacon. It shouldn't be a major incident to order a sandwich without it. The bagel was tough and untoasted. I won't be returning.July 10, 2016
