  Wings were cold. Asked for new ones and they threw the old ones in the basket and dropped them in the deep fry. After seeing this, I told them not to worry about it. I won't be back.

  Ordered the 4 piece tenders and specifically requested that they'd be fried soft because I have braces and anything too hard can break a bracket and they cost $90 to fix apiece. The cashier did not tell the kitchen what I said and she also did not input it into the register. Once I received my tenders, they were extremely hard and tough and would surely break a bracket. I took it back to them and told them the problem I had and they refused to remake my food or refund me my money (I paid a total of $10!) and said "There's nothing we can do about it." They told me that "That's just how the tenders are made." Last time I checked, tenders were supposed to actually be TENDER & if they could not make them soft as I requested then the cashier should have told me that upon ordering! The customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE and I will never be returning.
