  Twice I've gotten filled donuts from this location with little to no filling. If I'm going to waste calories on a vanilla cream donut I want some vanilla cream actually inside it. Not just a dollop on the outside. Same thing for jelly. Update. Went back today and asked for more filling. They gave me a free donut just in case and said someone was training. I know many have said bad customer service but they've been great in that front for me. I added a star.

  They were out of the first two things I asked for. I went inside so I could see what was actually available. The cashier wasn't rude, but she definitely wasn't friendly. Drive thru headset in one ear, her head phones in the other ear. It seemed like I was interrupting her.
  All three of the donuts I ordered were stale. Overall, definitely room for improvement.

  This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I used to go to the Dunkin' Donuts north from here on Thomasville, but they messed up my order multiple times and rarely have their oven ready in the morning to make sandwiches. One time the other location messed up my order and this location fixed it for me (so nice!). Yesterday this location put my sandwich on the wrong bread ( I order a different bread than it normally comes on). Today they gave me a discount and said the girl was working by herself yesterday. I didn't even complain or mention it to them, so it was really nice for them to go out of there way to acknowledge the mistake and make it up to me.
